Life brings many challenges, and it is understandable that at times we might look for support in facing them. As therapists, our role is to provide space and guidance to help you on your journey of self-discovery; to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices within it.
We offer a chance to reflect on the difficulties or problems you are experiencing in a safe and confidential environment, with someone from outside your day to-day life. Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to fresh perspectives - and perhaps a new understanding of yourself. Counselling isn’t about giving you solutions or advice, but empowering you to make your own changes.

Issues relating to sexuality

Problems with family or school life

I am a dedicated therapist, holding a BSc degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and several years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges.
My practice spans a broad spectrum of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, personal development, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and general counselling. I also have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients, offering a space where their experiences are fully respected and understood.
At the heart of my work is the commitment to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I use an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of modalities to tailor each session to your individual needs.
As a therapist, my role is not just to support, but to walk alongside you through times of difficulty. The counselling and psychotherapy I offer are grounded in empathy, respect, and personalisation — creating a safe haven where gaining insight into your emotional world becomes more accessible.
You can trust in my full commitment to helping you uncover your strengths and navigate the challenges unique to your journey.
I look forward to the opportunity to support you.
I am an insured therapist practicing under IACP guidelines, with experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and relationship difficulties.
My approach is person-centred, and I also specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - both of which are particularly effective for the kind of stress, worry and burnout that life can bring.

As a farmer myself, I bring a practical, grounded approach to counselling. I understand the demands of a busy life - whether that's on the land or elsewhere - and I work with people who want to make real, meaningful changes.
My aim is to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can speak honestly about what is going on. Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to fresh perspectives and perhaps a new understanding of yourself. Counselling isn't about being told what to do it's about being supported to make your own changes, in your own time.
If something has been weighing on you, reaching out is a good place to start. I look forward to hearing from you.
